Lodz has high speed warping facility from Jupiter with fully computer control & PLC based high speed machines fitted with auto thread break stop motion and tension controls.

At Lodz we have 3 sheet dyeing machines from Jupiter all the dyeing machines are equipped with automatic dosing & flow controllers essential for consistent shades. The versatile sheet dyeing is capable of producing variety of fabric shades like dark indigo shades with indigo & sulphur combinations.

For weaving the company has 176 shuttle less Tsudakoma Air jet looms from Japan which includes Dobbies & Cam that produces wide range (Width Up to 230 CMS) of superior quality along with highest production output.

Our Finishing Machinery Range – Wet + foam finish, Desize cum over dye range, Mercerizer range, Gas Singeing, Fabric Stenter & Jigger machines.

Fabric Inspection is done in a suitable & safe environment. With enough ventilation and proper lighting. our well trained inspection team carry out 100% visual inspection of each & every fabric roll using the international grading system and categorized during inspection according to the specified points standard established by our esteemed customers. Fabric Rolls are packed with a fully automated stretch wrapping machine & we make sure it has all the durability & toughness to protect it from any kind of damage.
